The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a lovely view of the park/lake behind it. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Although there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, the overall experience was pleasant. However, the location was excellent, close to Northside Park and within walking distance to restaurants and public transportation.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The location was great, with beautiful decorations for the Christmas season and helpful staff, but there were some issues with the rooms and dining options. The service was friendly and accommodating. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel was clean with a nice size refrigerator, free coffee, and lots of toiletries and towels, but had a slight bad smell lingering until after 3:00 pm daily. The service was quite helpful, giving us the room view we requested, although some staff members seemed a bit cold with little customer service training. The location is perfect, just 2 blocks away from the dunes for beach access, with a lagoon, bay, and playground right outside, along with two pools and the beach across the street. The dining experience was very good, offering a variety of options including apple and orange juice, omelettes, sausage, cereal, and more.
